More news soon, but I’m thrilled to announce that I was one of the playwrights selected to create a short play for Lower Depth Theatre Ensemble’s Pandemic Plays project. The founders and artistic directors of LDTE are a multitalented, dedicated crew with a beautiful mission: “We are a social change activator through the art of theatre. We are a safe place to own our strengths and weaknesses. We are an invitation to courageously stretch our edges beyond comfort and truth.” At the helm is artistic director Gregg T. Daniel, joined by artistic associates Jason Delane Lee, Veralyn Jones, and Yvonne Huff Lee, and managing director Courtney Anne Oliphant. I can’t wait to see how this project grows….
